The service I received was very good and fast. I go to Culver City mazda for all my care repairs as I can trust them to take care of my car and not suggest repairs I do not need. I recommend Culver City mazda for Sales and Service over anyone I have dealt with in the past.

Above and Beyond I went in for a typical flat tire repair and mentioned I also had been hearing a rattle in the front. Amy at the front end was super helpful and cheerful. Not only did they repair my tire (less than $40!) but found the problem with the rattle and fixed it for me at NO CHARGE!! Hugely helpful staff, so thankful to have bought a Mazda and to take it to the Culver location for service. I will ONLY be going there for service in the future. Total peace of mind going there.

Trust them! I love bringing my car to Culver City Mazda! Almost every time I get George as my associate and he is great. He keeps me posted on my cars progress throughout my service, and even when I ask him for little favors like filling out an extra form for me, he happily obliges. My most recent visit was great: due to Covid, they were wearing masks, covered my driver's seat and steering wheel with plastic immediately upon my arrival, and even though they adjusted their hours (closing at 4pm), they were nice enough to hang... read more
