Great service - like the txt message notifications This was my third time getting my oil change/6 month maintenance. Always fairly quick check-in and time to wait, which I really appreciate. The only thing I would have preferred is that they told me my air filters did not need to be replaced (although they were scheduled to be) and I would have appreciated them taking a photo and showing me or just showing me them in person or at least asking if I still wanted them replaced.
1st Service with my 2019 Mazda 3 Firstly, I would like to thank the team at Culver City Mazda, for always being by my side when it comes to any concerns I have with my vehicle. They helped me get a lyft over to work so that It would not collide with my daily tasks. George and Tony are awesome! Thank you for taking care of me!
David was extremely professional and helpful. He worked around my schedule to ensure i would be able to complete my other errands while waiting for my car. Communication was great. I prefer driving all the way to Culver City rather than going to the dealership closer to my house
I went to Culver City Mazda for recall service and oil change. They had everything ready for few hours. It was great! My break, aircon,all fixed.

Amy was great . . . best I've experienced Amy was precise and accommodating. I walked (drove) in without an appointment and was able to work in the lounge, eat lunch, and be on my way! Great!
