Always great service and concierge. Was able to book an appt for basic maintenance for same-day within a couple hours and was complete by late afternoon.
Quick and Easy Very straightforward and honest. Came in an evening before closing, test drove that night, and was back in the afternoon to confirm a car and then sign a deal. No real power plays, four squares, etc. Juan’s a good guy, I’d happily buy another car from him.
Amy was great! She always is and it’s so nice to have that conversation consistency. Her communication style is calm and makes me feel relaxed.
Everyone from Steve to reception. Great customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Clean sales area. Water, coffee and donuts and Uber rides are a great touch. Makes it ver convenient.
