Work done well but a little pricey It appears that my oil change was completed in a short time (I was the first in line) and done well. I was given some suggestions as to how to help my car run better and safer. Cost was considerably more than I anticipated. Few oil change locations like Jiffy Lube carry the oil required by my vehicle so my best choice is the dealer.

BMW Quality Service Dept I had BMWs for years but always remembered the quality of the Mazda I had. I rarely drive so went back to Mazda saved a ton of money and got a super hi quality vehicle. I thought I’d sacrifice service but the Culver City Service Dept is amazing. They’re attentive, respectful, engaging and efficient. Even if I did start driving a lot again, I’d still buy a Mazda for the reasons I mentioned above.
Excellent customer service! I brought my car in for 10,000 mile check up. Amy was my service representative. She was friendly and helpful with a cheerful and positive attitude. The communication is great--text messages about when my car was ready, follow up phone call to make sure everything went well.
