No vultures! We have been back twice in the last two months to purchase two Mazdas. We love this dealership. They do not attack you at moment of arriving through the door. They valet your car the moment you arrive. The whole atmosphere is exactly what everyone wants when going into a car dealership. This should be the example for all dealerships. Friendly, clean, comfortable and no stress. Love this place!

Steve was great! He made the experience easy. Soon as I arrived he was there waiting. The service was quick and he explained everything in detail that was done to my car. Also gave me good positive feedback what my next steps with my car.

Great except for one thing Great service, as always, very professional. One problem with this service was that my front bumper was not aligned properly and I asked them to look at it. They told me on the phone that the clip was broken and I needed to take it to a body shop....fine, not their fault but when it came back it was not only misaligned but cracked. They clearly tried to push or hammer it back into place and cracked it but did not want to acknowledge that to me.

My service experience was as hassle free as possible. They arranged and paid for a Lyft from the dealer to my office and then back to the dealer when my car was ready.

Awesome service, straightforward answers and no hidden fees or costs. It was a pleasure getting a car form this dealership. I traded in my previous lease and they fully covered costs for it, not like other dealers trying to put the cost in monthly payments. Tony Tehrani was awesome to talk to over emails no BS, to the point and easy talk to.

Fantastic Experience Was very happy to buy from and work with Culver City Mazda. The attention to detail was excellent and I felt very comfortable with the entire car buying process.
