Excellent Customer Service and Integrity I always come back specifically to Culver City Mazda because of Amy Felix and Gladis Belloso. Gladis is always so friendly and helpful. Review The service department was extremely friendly and helpful. They keep me in continually communication about the status of the car repair. The dealership offered both Lyft service and a loaner car free of charge.

Car service Steve was great. Explained service in detail and discussed recommendations and options. Also, directed us to waiting area and amenities. Kept us updated on progress of work being done and time to completion.
Scheduled maintenance Called up Culver City Mazda for scheduled maintenance. Steve was very friendly and told me everything they would service up front. He even spotted an issue with my car tire during the walk around with the vehicle and said I should get a new one. He quoted a price for the tire and after everything was done, the actual price came out a bit lower. Great service, excellent turn around.
