Excellent Service visit at Culver City Mazda I took my CX-5 in for routine maintenance check up, and the team was SO wonderful. From the complimentary lyft ride to and from my house, to the no haggle/no hassle car service, to the text updates on my car's status, to the complimentary car wash... I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Special thank you to Steve, the service advisor who helped me! He was AWESOME!
Fine waiting room makes it easy to work I use the waiting room for doing work with my laptop. The coffee machine is wonderful, but be careful with the cooties in the donut box!

Great customer service The team at Mazda were a little frenetic the day I arrived to test drive a car. They had a lot of customers and they were down a few team members, but they were conscientious with me and made sure I got all the answers to my questions. When we finalized the deal on the new Mazda, the internet team, lead by Tony, were fantastic. They were responsive and helpful.
They were very helpful. Because every one were working in a very timely, a professional and in calm manner while we were in the process of leasing Mazda cx5.
New CX-5 Had the greatest experience working with Tony on my lease of my 2019 CX-5. If anyone is interested in buying or leasing, they need to look up Tony Tehrani. Also, Roman in Finance was great to work with, as he got me in and out of Finance real fast. Highly recommend both guys at Culver City Mazda.
Fast and friendly service I brought my Mazda in for a possible recall fix for the air conditioning and my service provider Amy was super helpful and diligent in making sure to read the details related to the recall, and checking to make sure my vehicle’s malfunction was indeed related to the recall issue. They were quick with the fixing of my car and I got it back within the same day, issue all taken care of. Great service! I was very pleased.
Friendly and warm Michael was so easy to talk to and took the time to get to know us which made us very comfortable. All staff even stayed late on a Tuesday to ensure everything was completed successfully. I can't remember the name of the staff member who drove us to and from the lot and showed us how to use the car but he was fantastic! We loved his honesty and recommendations.
