Steven Ruiz Excellent Customer Service Steven Ruiz gave me excellent customer service. He was very informative about my prepaid automotive maintenance plan and explained everything that was done to my Mazda CX-3. A Lyft was provided to and from the dealer which was also nice. The oil change and service was done in a timely manner. I've been owning Mazda's since 1996 and still have my Mazda B 2300 truck with only 137, 000 on it. I would recommend Culver City Mazda to anyone who is in the market for buying a new car.

Excellent professionalism and customer service. As relatively new to the Mazda family, it was important for me to have trust in who services my CX-5. I found that Steven Ruiz, Culver City Mazda is knowledgable in his profession. He is very patient in answering my questions and will makes suggestions as to what I absolutely need to have done to the car versus what I may need in the future.

Had to visit 3 times to fix something mentioned on the first Mentioned that I could hear a noise while breaking. After the first visit the problem had been ignored. After the second visit, the noise was gone, the car would shake once I hit the breaks. After the third visit, it seems to be fine.

Faster than expected and straight forward When I dropped my car off I felt I was given proper expectations on how long it would take to be finished. I opted out of the shuttle service and stayed around the area and my car was done right when I was told it would be, if not a few minutes earlier. I asked Steve to tell me what the priority items were for the car and felt like he did a good job of going over everything with me. I’ll be utilizing these services in the future. Thanks!
