Great Customer Service and Buying Experience We had a horrible experience at another Mazda dealer and came here because we had an amazing offer on a new Mazda CX-5 from Tony. We were so afraid there were going to be some hidden fees due to our experience at the other dealer, but what Tony promises via email was exactly what he delivered (and a little more!). Happy with my CX-5 My experience at Culver City Mazda was excellent. Luis Mendez showed us the exact models we were interested in, explained the key differences in trim levels, and pointed out important features of the vehicle when we took it for a test drive. I also appreciated the fact that he did not try to up-sell me into a more expensive trim level my wife and I simply did not want or need.
