Fast, Professional, and Easy I have been going to Culver City Mazda since I moved to LA over 5 years ago. Steve provides excellent service! He went above and beyond in figuring out the issues regarding my recall. I went there before and I was just sent home with no assistance, but when I came back and was assigned to Steve, he made sure that it was taken cared of. I appreciate his excellent customer service! If I go back, I would definitely work with Steve. Highly recommended!
It was an honest piece of tricky work. I was very happy with the work and the service. They had to change several parts to fix a tricky electronic problem. It took more than a week. They gave me a loaner that worked great. Amy, my connection at Mazda, was sweet and helpful. It was expensive but worth it/

He is honest and explains the reasoning for the recommended services, and he always ensures that my car is serviced/completed on or before the promised time.
Excellent experience, very quick service My experience was great at this dealership, I was immediately offered a Lyft ride to and from the dealership so I could deal with the service within the comfort of my own home. For some reason I refused and explored the area which was also very nice. The dealership had water, donuts for breakfast, and comfy chairs. The service people were all very kind and attentive making sure I was comfortable while waiting.
5k service Service was quick and painless. I appreciated the quick service and the car wash. My car service was completed on time and the pick up was very easy.
