Extremely long waiting period I’ve had my car serviced several times at your location and I was pleased every time except for my last visit. I’m usually in and out in an appropriate time frame, but not yesterday. I had an extra service performed and ended up spending more than 3 hours there. After paying twice as much for a service that could have been done at Jiffy Lube the service should have been quicker. In the past , like others I have spent a half day or the whole day with the sales person, negotiating back and forth only to find that the salesman was sleazy and not telling the truth. BUT NOT AT CULVER CITY MAZDA!! They are honorable people that dont waste your time and not greedy. They are Fair , fast and efficient.
