Great Customer Service I initially came into this dealer because of the great reviews I had read online and I’m glad I did. Everyone I spoke with was polite and welcoming. Michael, the salesperson that helped me was very knowledgeable about the cars I was considering. He helped me narrow down my decision and was accommodating to my needs. Superior customer service Always friendly, thorough, and respectful of my time. Love that Mazda offers a Lyft service so that I can continue my day without having to wait around. They are always prompt to notify me when the vehicle is ready for pickup.

Blown away! Absolutely blown away by my experience with Culver City Mazda. I was able to schedule online, pop in a little early and head on my way within minutes! Lance was super thorough and I was kept up to date on the timing through text notifications. They even paid for my Lyft to work after grabbing a coffee, water and a donut! I'll be taking my Mazda back here every time. No hidden fees, clean car and I felt extremely safe and supported when discussing my car.

Honest Service Mazda of Culver City is fantastic! I stopped in recently to see if they could fix my side view mirror. They not only fixed it in a very timely manner, but told me that because they didn't need to replace any parts and it was a quick fix, they weren't going to charge me. They also threw in a free car wash! Needless to say, after this first experience, this is the only place I'll go for future service needs! Thank you Lance & Mazda of Culver City for being honest and accommodating.
