New Mazda 3 2019 I saw the new model for the mazda 3 and had to go to culver city mazda to see it in person. I've purchased a 2018 mazda 3 from here before and new I could come back and trust that they could help me out. The entire experience was lovely, Ray and Max who helped me during my visit, made everything fast and enjoyable. Friendly and fast service Everyone was helpful and friendly. My appointment was at 8:20. I was met by a worker as soon as I pulled into the station. The service was completed in under 90 minutes. I was very satisfied with my visit.
Quick and easy Lance was extremely helpful in checking me in, telling me the work that would be done, arranging transportation and getting me out. Picking up the car was a breeze. The courtesy lyft to work was a nice touch.

Quick and Friendly Lance was super friendly and helpful! The last couple times I've had an appointment, there was a bit of waiting around and confusion, but not this time. He was there to help immediately, got me all set up and made sure I knew timing, even called when the car was about an hour from being done so I could plan accordingly. Wonderful service, best experience I've had in the over two years I've been taking my CX-5 in for service!
Great customer service and Great shuttle service The customer service at this location was great. They delivered on their promise on when the car would be ready. The shuttle service that was provided (Lyft paid for) was awesome. Will definitely use this location Again.
Everything was Great! The service at Culver city Mazda was great. I was able to drop my vehicle off before work and my car was ready by lunch time. The service was expensive but the service is always done right.
