This being my initial visit, expectations were minimal. Previously, I was a Galpin fan. The only issue I found was receiving the bill at close to the service list and suggestion. Having been there for 2.5 hours I decided tp hold off. Thax for the opportunity MARC

They have always been very thorough in their inspections. It is easy to get an appointment even as a walk-in. I love the fact that they provide Transportation from and back to the dealership, so you do not need to wait in their waiting room. Nevertheless, the waiting room is very comfortable, and there are numerous cafés, bakeries, and restaurants nearby.

Bryant and Tony were absolutely amazing! I was working for several days with someone else and nothing was moving forward. Within an hour of talking to Bryant we had a deal worked out and I was able to complete all the paperwork (other than signatures) online. It was incredibly easy! And then Bryant went above and beyond and delivered the vehicle to me the next morning VERY early because we were leaving for a trip and needed it before then.
