After visiting a few dealerships, we went to Mazda In Culvert City and were greeted by Vlad Negin. He helped us from start to finish; he was polite, helpful, and pleasant, making the leasing a great experience. We also dealt with the dealership manager, Daniel Hernandez, who helped us throughout. It was also great dealing with Stephan in finance. Since the sale, Kervin has been helping us with technical queries. I would rate my experience as an AAA star.

Miguel was amazing. The dealership has really gotten their xxxx together with regard to timing. I was in and out in 2 hours which was fantastic. Previously, it took ALL DAY, even for an oil change. My only complaint is: I had to buy and install a new battery on my 2021 car! I understand that, during Covid, some cars sat at the docks for months, impacting the batteries. If so, I was sold a car with a defective battery. That is a MAZDA problem. It should not be a LISA problem. At the minimum, Mazda should have done the install... read more

It was easy to check in. Miguel let me know when my car was ready. Nice waiting area and close to other places like Starbucks. Had to wait 2.5 hours for standard service.

Rich was a fantastic service provider and the car wash is a big reason I come here. Minus one star for the service taking 90+ more than estimated, but thankfully I wasn’t in a hurry.

I brought my car in for a back window replacement recently. Miguel handled the communications with the glass company very well. Once the installer arrived, the job was completed very quickly. Miguel kept me posted on the progress.
