Miguel went above and beyond to make sure I received the best possible service and to help resolve an issue that was ever so slightly out of warranty by covering it under the warranty.

Everything was great. My one concern is that the antenna on the trunk of my car came back damaged. There is a big crack in it now and I am going to have to replace it (not that I know how!)
