Culver City Mazda Is consistently a good experience. Brought my CX5 in for routine service. Also had an issue with the trunk not opening which was very quickly identified by John as a battery issue. He disconnected and reconnected the battery and all was well. The servicing went well and some additional issues were identified and addressed.
This is a small space but is always clean. The service department is well organized, and you get the impression that they’re going to get your car back asap.
The dealershio is very patient and efficient. They explained everything pretty well. (Filler filler filler)
