I have taken my car to Culver City Mazda ever since I bought it from them in 2016. I have never had a problem with the service or the maintenance. Miguel carries the responsibility for keeping my car working well and for that I thank him, he's a good car service partner.

I had a great experience. I dislike waisting my time, specially with dealer people, and I didn’t feel like that with Michael. I felt he was on my side working with me to meet my needs and understanding my requests and I felt he was transparent and honest with me. That’s huge for me!

Had a great time purchasing a new CX5 with a no interest 36 month promo. Sales team of Bryant, Tony and Arlene were extremely helpful in informing about the car and actually able to help the process move smoothly. There was no “if you don’t buy it now..” pressure that other dealers use to make sales quotas but rather a we will work with you to see what car you want mentally. Meticulous in presenting the inspection process and what repairs would need to be required. They made it very easy for me to prepay online and provided Lyft service from and to the dealership so that I was able to get other work done while they were inspecting the vehicle.
