I bought my CX-5 at this dealership in 2014 and have been servicing it here ever since, as inconvenient as it is for an 'eastside' resident. ALL of the employees I have interacted with have been courteous and professional (especially, my latest service advisor Richard Tran); the waiting room is quiet and comfortable; and I've never had a problem with the service department's work. What else could a car owner ask for? Thank you!
Bryant, Arlene, and Kervin were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Not all cars are kept on the lot, you need to specify what you want to review beforehand to avoid a long wait.
