My car service was handled by my Service Advisor John Calles and service technicians efficiently, courteously, and professionally. Check-in was quick, Lyft service home was quick. I have leased 4 cars from Culver City Mazda and would do it again. Yes s serial leaser!! Hey I love that new car smell and seeing all the places I can go inside my lease mileage without tipping the scale lol! Arlene was a joy to work with and she knows her stuff! Every time I bring my car here for service it is a top notch experience. The service is always done well, thoroughly, and every detail is documented. Everyone that I have interacted with in the service department has been excellent. Compared to the dealership where I used to bring my car for service (now gone unsurprisingly) the experience is night and day.
When I came into the dealership for my first service, they made it quite easy. John Calles came to me when I was in line. I did not have to wait long to get me processed in. I appreciate the video assessment of my car. He provided updates and made the process so easy. It was a great experience for my first service of my CX-30. They even offered a cash wash which I greatly appreciated.
Great place, Great people, I highly recommended it to anyone that has a Mazda. I’m looking forward to my first service experience.
