It was fine, except the part was said to be back ordered from originally, I found out from another Mazda that it was not on back order. When I brought it to their attention they were able to get it delivered that same week

John Calles was my tech and he was excellent! Friendly and great communicator. Stayed in contact with me during my service, kept me updated on the progress. I really like the video of the inspection and appreciate the ease in which I could view the estimates and approve services. I always go to Culver City Mazda for my car services because they are so good and do quality work. Love the Lyft service too!
