I was pleased with Richard as my service rep. He was thorough and kept me up to date with the progress. However, I had a 9:20 am appointment for an oil change and rotation, and didn't get the car back until 1:45. I would expect that with an appointment for this simple service it should not take 5 hours.

I felt comfortable and taken care of, not taken advantage of. Everything ran smoothly, car service was there quickly for pickups, car was finished on time, quality of work was good, employees were friendly and helpful. My first experience went so well, I’ve returned ever since. They’ve kept up the quality all around from employees to work being done, care for their owners and clients, and follow up after services. 5 star.
