Such an easy buying experience! My salesman, Vlad, was so helpful and friendly. He was in touch with me constantly (in a good way), leading up to my purchase, and did everything he could to help me get the car that I wanted. When it came time to pay, the sales team did not pressure me to buy anything I didn't want to (extended warranties, etc...). I was prepared to spend a lot more time there than I did. Fast, easy, welcoming, efficient. The service experience at Culver City Mazda was fantastic. Jonathan was extremely personable and took the time to explain the repair recommendations and ensure all my concerns were addressed. He was even able to add on my request for an oil change and checkpoint service to my appointment. This was my first time bringing the vehicle in for service at this location and will definitely be coming back again, almost entirely because of Jonathan. Thanks for the great experience.
