We recently brought a Mazda cx5 at Culver City Mazda and overall it was a great experience!! Thank you Tony, Arlene, and Bryant for being helpful and professional - the whole process was transparent, smooth, and straight-forward. Tony offered us great price right at the beginning. Arlene helped us a lot with prepping the documents and thank you Bryant for being so patient going over the car and answering our questions.

I’m not clear as to why, (after my car was serviced) your data base generates a $55 cost for me to pay, for a new car with a full service package purchased at the time of the car sale. I was informed that I do not have to pay that, but I need for Mazda, to be cautious, of sending invoices, when payment is not due. My fear, is that Mazda will try to find a way, to later collect snd fi d themselves with legal issues, when customers are not due to pay. Thanks for your time, Shay

Great service! They handled the insurance adjuster and took care of the repairs with minimal supervision by me. The car is running great! Definitely glad the service team was on my side.
