Outstanding! Great service and communication I was pleased to the point I will continue coming to the Culver City location.
My appointment was at 11:20. My Service Rep Jonathan met me at my car. He was very personable. He went over the anticipated scheduled service and inspected my car. He offered me a ride which I declined. He then explained that the technicians would be taking their scheduled break and the service might be longer than usual. I was prepared to wait a few hours so Jonathan showed me to the waiting area. He said the car should be ready around 1:00.
