Miguel was amazing. He was attentive and did a great job of showing he cared. His focus was on me, my concerns and getting me on my way. Even though I’m sure he was juggling multiple things at once, it never showed. When he was with me , I was his only client. Miguel was accommodating and understanding of my time and didn’t hesitate to do what needed to be done to ensure I was taken care of.
I hate anything about cars so I always go to this dealership to have anything and everything done( yes even for the basic stuff). Overall, they are accommodating and helpful.
Culver City Mazda is amazing. I was grateful for Miguel Jonathan’s help. Big shout out to Tony and Arlene for always helping us with all our car needs.
