Great service from the time I called to make an appointment with Alex until the time I drove home after service was completed. No wait time when I arrived to drop off my car. Miguel greeted me promptly, asked some questions, and he answered my questions. When I went inside, the Katlyn at the front desk was professional and welcoming. She arranged for Lyft ride to my office and back to Mazda when my car was ready. Miguel was awesome. He provided great customer service. He took the time to explain the issues in a way I could understand. He was great and did his best. Thank you, Miguel. However the service prices are outrageous. My car barely has 36,000 miles and the cost for services is outrageous and not affordable.
