"Excellent Service" My first routine service visit to Culver City Volvo was a delight. My wife and son sat comfortably in the main lounge, drinking coffee and eating donuts. My service advisor Hector met with me promptly, even though I was 15 mins early for my service appointment. Everything was explained clearly to me and I was off with a brand new loaner xc60. "The service department is so good I might buy another Volvo " I tried to buy a car from this dealer, but they refused to stop trying to sneak in extra fees. So I bought my Volvo at Rusnak Pasadena with no problems! But... I take my car here to service because THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!! Martin and the entire service team are the most no nonsense, fun, kind, hard working people I have ever come across in the car industry!!! The car salesmen should take a page from their book!

"Friendly and prompt service" Always helpful. Always attentive. Always timely. I brought the car in for an urgent message alert on my dash... a few hours later two recalls were attended to and an early service (so I didn’t have to come back again in a few months). "Great first impression with service department" Had to get my car serviced at dealer (recall associated with software). Arrive at 8:30 AM for a 8:40 AM Saturday appointment. Was back in my car and on my way in under an hour. The Mazda rep. was informative, customer focused, and most of all she had a positive attitude.
