"Best Car Buying Experience Eve!" I did my research on line and tracked down the exact model of Volvo XC60 i was looking for, it was at Culver City Volvo. I contacted them and made an appointment the next day. when I arrived the car was washed, gassed and ready to test drive, once I said i'd take it, I found myself back in the car with Rosie who explained every function of the vehicle! "Excellent Service" My first routine service visit to Culver City Volvo was a delight. My wife and son sat comfortably in the main lounge, drinking coffee and eating donuts. My service advisor Hector met with me promptly, even though I was 15 mins early for my service appointment. Everything was explained clearly to me and I was off with a brand new loaner xc60. "The service department is so good I might buy another Volvo " I tried to buy a car from this dealer, but they refused to stop trying to sneak in extra fees. So I bought my Volvo at Rusnak Pasadena with no problems! But... I take my car here to service because THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!! Martin and the entire service team are the most no nonsense, fun, kind, hard working people I have ever come across in the car industry!!! The car salesmen should take a page from their book!
