"Outstanding Volvo service center especially Martin" Outstanding service center. I bought my 2009 Volvo there and they have taken such good care of it. Servicing is alway professional, thorough and fast. I live much closer to another Volvo dealership but the extra drive is so worth the outstanding service of Culver City Volvo and Martin Munoz.
"18,000 mile service " I found that my latest service experience was excellent... Martin Munoz made sure that all of my concerns and questions were taken care of in fantastic time. My only complaint was the car rental aspect. I found that the Hertz aspect was very slow both getting a car and returning. I would highly suggest that the management of Culver City Volvo consider using a different competent agency. Using a 2nd class rental outfit with a 1st class car agency doesn’t work.

"Martin in Volvo service is that best!" Martin is very professional and thorough. I am always confident that he will make sure my car issues are resolved. The fact that Martin has been with Volvo service for many years gives me great comfort. I could go to a much closer Volvo dealership but because of Martin and all aspects of the servicing are so excellent at Culver City Volvo I drive the extra distance.

"Courteous and professional service from Volvo employee." I brought my car for maintenance service and although it was not ready by the end of the day, I appreciate the fact that Damian Mucci from Service Dept explained to me honestly why it was not ready and promised that it would be ready by 10AM the next day, and sure enough, he called at 9:35AM and told me the car was ready. Thank you treating your customer with respect.

"Great service and extremely fast" I had a strange issue with the door key taking a while to activate and dropped off the car for service on Friday night. The car was ready and fixed on Saturday! Just went and picked it up. Very happy with the dealership and service.
