I brought my car in several months ago for service and as usual the experience was 5 star. At that time I requested a list of items that were identified as problematic but not urgent. On Tuesday I called for an appointment because I was losing coolant - a new issue on my 10 year old car. I was able to get an appointment for Wednesday morning. Damian, my service rep, was extremely helpful, considerate, nice, efficient and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of how the service for my Volvo was proceeding. He was also very available to answer any questions or concerns I had.
Everything was top notch. They even called me a Lyft so I could hang out at home during oil change/checkup. Royce was professional all the way around!
It’s good experience , though they don’t clean your car good . They should improve the cleaning part while servicing. Also once service done they do the inspection and compare with inspection while hand over the car. I had found extra scratch on my car fatter service where as the same not found while habdoverring.
