My association with Culver City Volvo has been great! I recently brought my car in for service, Martin my service man was wonderful. He got me in and after waiting a while there were some much needed repairs that surfaced. I was given a loaner car for the rest of the day; and by days end was bacon my car! Thanks Martin and CC Volvo.

The entire team from the Customer Service Manager to the Service Execs, the experience was amazing. Felt well taken care of from top to bottom. Was a stressful day, and i dropped off my vehicle for a minor repair before a doctors appt. I called and Flo was such a great listener and helped me coordinate my plan to get to and from the doctor with courtesy transportation, because it was nearby. The service was excellent, on time, and everything was done right the first time. I was a few minutes late picking up my car and My service advisor even waited for me.
