factory recalls They located the parts needed to fix my Ram and got it in the shop in a timely manner. Was waiting for Humes to call me for over 3 months so i called Cunninghams
Very Happy My Jeep ran into some major repair bills as a result of a radiator failing. It was a weld seem. Sadly the time was up on the 3 year/36,000 mile warranty and the costly repairs would not be covered. I was seriously upset, give the vehicle had only 25,000 miles on it and clearly this was a factory condition/failure. Long story short, the service department at Cunningham's went to bat for me and saw to it that the entire repair was taken care of. Cunninham’s NE Service department has always fixed a problem the first time and I have never had to return for a follow up. The service department has always done excellent work.
