What a relief!! I can't express enough how pleased I was dealing with Jim Boland. The customer service was beyond what I could have expected. For the past year I have been looking at getting into a new vehicle and was pushed to the back burner. I called on a Thursday and that next week I was driving away with a brand new Jeep.
Helpful and No pressure We arrived and told Ryan we were looking for Cherokee or Wrangler. Talked about the pros and cons. Test drove each. Discussed some practical items and made our decision based on information shared and vehicle performance and reviews. We were made to feel comfortable and made a very fair deal. My Experience at Cunningham Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Edinboro AS soon as I walked inside I was very impressed how clean everything was throughout the building. All the salesmen looked very professional and clean cut in appearance and conducted themselves in a very friendly professional manner. The salesman I dealt with was top notch in terms of his speech, mannerisms, and explanation of all pertinent information that I needed to know.
Great service dept. I brought my truck in for 3 recalls and a faulty seat heater. I also needed an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped off the vehicle the evening before it was scheduled, the service dept. noted everything that was to be done and provided me with a loaner vehicle. Service called early the next afternoon letting me know that the vehicle was ready for pickup and that a part that was needed was ordered. Top notch service dept, would highly recommend.
Overall happy with the service. Salesman was very helpful Was very pleased with my visit, as a matter of fact I went back the next week and bought another vehicle. Thank you Rodney for all your hard work and making our visit enjoyable. We are very pleased with the 2 vehicles we purchased.
Arrived at the lot unsure, left more then satisfied! When I arrived on the lot I was unsure if I was ready for a new vehicle or if they would have the right vehicle for me. The salesman, John Carlucci, did a great job of finding a vehicle that would meet my needs within a price range that I could afford. The first Jeep I test drove was a winner. 2019 ram 2nd truck from bud straight forward return my calls when I was looking he surch to find me one & I know he spent a lot of time to find the one I want no pressure took a couple days for first one that's why we came back for # 2truck gives me a fair price the first time don't have to go back and forth in and out that's the way to do business
Great experience at Cunningham Chrysler. The staff at Cunningham were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. Pricing was clear and fair. We bought a used vehicle and are very happy with the warranty.
Top Choice Salesman was terrific to work with, manager was a bit too pushy, and financing person was a little scattered (covering for another employee that was out). I'm confident with the final product and friends/family have been impressed with the included "support" on the vehicle offered through this dealer. Vehicle had to be transported into town and met my expectations.
