I tried to call your number that you have listed (815) 672-3993 and I was told the number was no longer in service what disconnected so are you truly legit,,,, and there was problem trying to get information on your site about your merchandise
Curly's furniture could improve their customer service for customer satisfaction. I really wanted to love them. I put an entertainment center on layaway and when i was ready to pay it off i was told it got discontinued (ok i understand). i was told they have the same Exact piece available & only difference are measurements, ok great! I placed my order and had it delivered. Tipped the delivery guys even tho they asked us to finish assembling it ourselves. Still waiting on my bedroom set I ordered from March 23. I’m bout ready to cancel and go to the room place. I was told it will take 2-3. I’m almost a month out and I haven’t heard from them or have yet to received my bedroom set!
We purchased a couch at the advertised price and 24 hours later Curly’s called saying we owed $185 more. We refused and they were fine with losing the sale instead of honoring their ad. Curly’s is a bait and switch company. Please do not buy from them.
Like I said my furniture was junk and your idea of helping me was I go buy fabric and I pay for labor you tell me how that’s helping me. Yes everyone who writes good reviews they are saved but he erased mine just shows what kind of furniture and company this is . He only save the good reviews
When we went into the store, we had great customer service. On the day of scheduled delivery I called the store when it was 2 hours past the time they were supposed to get to my home. They said 35 minutes. The delivery boys finally show up 4 hours past the scheduled time. When they come in to remove my old couches one asks for a butcher knife to remove some zip ties... We are having major issues with Curly's. We had 2 couches delivered end of March. There were issues with each piece and the manager who came out took pictures and told us he would call us. We were never contacted which began months of us trying to get someone to take care of the problem. We FINALLY got someone out on 7/3 and the guy agreed that the frame is bent, fabric ripped, and power not working.
