On 9/11/2016, I "leased" a sectional through Crest Financial. The Cash Price of the sectional was $1,530.28. An employee and I reviewed the "Lease Agreement". One of the questions that I asked was regarding "Total of Payments" equaling $3,339.10. He did not know the answer, so he called someone on the phone. The answer that he was told was that amount of $3,339.10 would be the total cost if I exceeded the 12 month time frame. At first I thought Curlys was a good store. I had bought a bedroom set from them . When they delivered the bedroom set four knobs to the dresser were not on. They said they would send them to me. Next time I went to buy some bar stools and they sold me some. I also told them about the knobs again they said again they would mail them. Have not received them yet. Then when I got the bar stools home they were too short. Wanted to return them and get some taller ones. Being that I was four days passsd thirty days would not let m... read more

SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES, BUYER BEWARE!!! Ordered an entire living room furniture set, salesman COMPLETELY misled us about the financing promotion they were having. We had the cash to pay in full but he convinced us to do the financing which was 90 days same as cash. Long story short, he did not inform us that this entered us into a rent to buy contract, he signed my husband's name on a legal document without telling us and now the financing company is telling us we owe more than double what the original sale price was for. ... read more

When you filled out the application and do the contract it states that right on the contract, that if you do not pay it off in the 90 days it goes to a 12 month lease program. Was not expecting all these problems after reading so many positive reviews. Received a defective ottoman the stitching was coming off. I was told we can only get it reupholstered and not replaced for a brand new one. Then we discover after a few days the sofa is broken so they delivered a new one today. Now I have a whole new issue with my recliner... I'm questioning if we were sold display items on my original order (ottoman issue) (sofa issue) because the sofa I received today feels dramatically firmer and NOT "worn in". ... read more

A friend bought a chair online. Too small. Called to return. After 3 calls and 2 emails they finally picked it up. She paid $ 483.00 and only got $260 refunded! Due to pickup fee and restocking fee! Buyers beware!!!!!
