I loved the furniture at curlys, the prices are right, the management was friendly, but I will NOT buy anything from them ever again. we bought the extended warranty that we where told covers EVERYTHING I could stab the couch if I wanted to and it would be replaced no questions asked. We had a fire, the couch suffered smoke damage our house insurance wouldn't cover, I wasn't panicking because I knew the couch I loved was under the extended warranty. Very disappointed with the customer service... had an issue with my furniture, so I contacted them. I was told I was outside of my warranty, but they were going to see what they could do for me. (If they would have told me them and there that they couldn’t do anything, i would have understood). I am not sure if they are actually trying to help me, or just telling me that they are, but either way, nobody contacted me ONCE during a 2 month period. I initiated every conversation. We chose curlys after hearing amazing things from friends and the community about them. Turns out they have absolutely ridiculous customer service. The people are wonderful and extremely friendly, BUT they as a company are completely unwilling to right their own wrongs. We ordered 2 couches and an entertainment center from them, the couches arrived on time without issue, they even came with throw pillows that we weren't expecting. The entertainment center was back ordered and we had to wait a week longer than we were orginal... read more

I did waive the delivery charge for you for the delay in the entertainment center for not making it in and gave you a floor model to use till yours arrived in. We always hear great things so we decided to come in and check it out. We found a couch we loved, were going to spend over 2k just to find out delivery was going to be tacked on. I could see if we were purchasing a small item but we were spending a lot and they wouldn’t take off the delivery charge. Went to value city furniture and spend around the same and they didn’t charge us with a delivery charge and they are coming farther to drop off. Very disappointed.

The people at the DeKalb store are friendly and helpful, and the prices are definitely better than Ashley directly, but I recommend only buying from them if you have your own way of picking up the stuff. We ordered from them 3 times and every delivery was messed up. When we ordered our king size bed they had to reschedule the day it was supposed to be delivered because they forgot one of the pieces to the bedframe. we purchased a couch and reclining love seat within a year the love seat was absolutely garbage!!! you could feel the wood on your back and the reclining seat, where your legs rest caved in completely. boards were falling off underneath the seat portion as if your going to fall through the seat. this was by far the worst furniture we have ever owned!!! will never buy anything from this store.

My bed set has been creaking since it was installed. no wonder, a screw wasn’t even close to taught. awful installation.

Curly's furniture is really a great place to shop. the people are wonderful and happy to help with all your needs. I never heard of them so they comforted my concerned feelings. I would recommend them and I will continue to shop here at Curly's. The two young men were great , careful with bringing the bed in my house. They were careful not to hit my walls, they were not careless at all. Trent and Kyle were wonderful, they called me before they came to let me know what they are doing ,and when they were coming.
