I order the ne ProBeam taillight back on 3-19-18. It is now 5-1-18 and I still have not received it. I called and asked for a refund. The refund was issued immediately with no problem. It is my understanding that Custom Dynamics fills orders to their vendors first, then to their customers. They do have great duality products and customer service. Waiting over 2 months for a part is unacceptable.
I ordered some front turn signals and they arrived (here in Japan) in just a few days. The install is exceptionally easy. In fact, I picked them up from the post office and was so excited that I installed them in the parking lot in about three minutes. All you need is a coin, that’s it. The white LED halos are so bright that they illuminate the sides of the road and lit up the trees on last night’s twisty night ride. I’ve received a lot of complements on them already. You won’t be disappointed!
Great product and quick shipping.The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the directions were not very good. After some trial and error I got it figured out. THANK YOU Jack BLair

They will either instruct you over the phone or have you return the item for correction. These guys (Jacob & Jamie) were very professional and supportive of my issue with bike lights.
