Bought a newly released item, I was potentially the first installed customer as we had some issues that required sending the unit back for a fix. The returned unit worked flawlessly and the cool part was that I got to work with the engineer that designed the unit (Paul) to help determine the cause of the problem and the resolution. Custom Dynamics has great customer service. I had some issue with a part and we did some testing first to see if it could be diagnosed. I sent the part back and a replacement was sent back to me a few days later. A very simple straightforward company...the best part is you deal with a person on the phone to get the problem solved and not some chat bubbles or email strings to go back forth from. Problem solved quickly and easily...Thanks.

Had a great experience with custom dynamics excellent customer service couldn’t ask for anymore. Had an issue with one of my blinking LED light and they resolved the issue immediately by sending me a replacement got it 2 days. Now that’s great customer service. Thank you again Custom Dynamics
