Absolutely perfect experience. Having a non-HD, all my lights had to be hardwired vs. plug and play. I’m no wiring genius by any stretch so I was concerned. But after receiving my entire order the DAY AFTER I ordered it I jumped on it. The directions were spot on and the customer service is second to none when I had questions. I’m a customer for life now. Added bonus is the lights look GREAT! Highly, highly reccomended.
I actually had an issue with the left side front LED module. They told me how to test it, to make sure it was the module, not the bike, and once we determined it was the module, they set up an RMA, and a new unit was back within 4 days. Very friendly, easy to work with and wonderful service. This is the first time we had ever experienced something not working as it should, and I am thrilled at the service we received during this time.
