I was re-ordering some Dynamic Ringz as front turn signals, and ordered the wrong part number. Jamie jumped in and sent me an e-mail right away to ensure I didn't get something that I really didn't want. He got my order altered, and correctly charged, and took care of all the details. That is REAL customer service for excellent products.

Hi again Jamie... I just wanted to let you know that I received the replacement cluster yesterday and installed it on my bike and it works PERFECTLY!!!!....
