Ordered the Dual Plasma rods, Turn Signal Decoder and two Convertors for my 2015 SG. Within a day I received an email from Erin with Customer Service advising that the two convertors ($9.00) were not needed to complete the installation. She gave me an opportunity to revise the order before shipping out later that day. I contacted her and updated the order and it was on the way that afternoon. Thought I had a problem after installing 7 products, but wonderful customer support. With my wiring, CD products and support from Erin and Jacob, and REAL magic, all functions began working correctly. I say MAGIC, because after installation and many re-checks of the set-up, the taillight Brake Light function started working on its own. Skill only went so far when magic is what was also needed.
SO FAR EVERY THING HAS BEEN GREAT , THE BULLETT LIGHTS ARE AWSOME , AND BRIGHT MAKES ME FEEL MUCH SAFER THAN STOCK LIGHTS . EREN HAS BEEN WONDERFUL AND REALLY KNOWS HER PRODUCT
