customer service and tech were excellant,I had a product that failed and is under lifetime warranty.They quickly took care of the problem and sent out a new one
C/D's customer service was top notch. I was looking for a set of fork clamps to install some torpedo turn signals on the front of my 2012 Victory Vegas. I was interested in their P-Clamp, but the size I needed was 43mm. The 1.75in clamp looked like it may be slightly too large. The gentleman I spoke with took the time to measure the inside diameter of the clamps with the rubber insert which sure enough came to approx 44.5mm. perfect; it will be an easy installation and I expect the LED's will be better than what I have.
The package arrived a little late, it was in the local post office when it burned down. The packaging held up well seeing as it was chard on the outside, totally wet and survived the roof caving in. The turn signal lenses look great I am very pleased.
Fantastic product. Installed the LED turns signal/ brake turn/taillight inserts. Kim in customer service was fantastic on my questions and emails. Jacob in tech support was outstanding. talked me through which wires to spice into on the rear lights. I give the product and the staff an Outstanding job well done. very professional and knew the product. i highly recommend Custom Dynamics to all my biker friends
