Contacted Customer Service to get a military discount (5%). They were Great, not only did I get a discount they made sure I ordered the right parts and any additional parts need for my setup on my 2018 HD FLHTK. I ordered Probeam Taillight, Fillerz, and amber/white Dynamic Ringz, Magic strobe RSG, LTP2, and Magic Tour-Pak. Install was Quick and easy. Love the end results. I added the new ProBeam bullet l.e.d tail lights to my wifes FLHX and they are awesome. Ive been running the older CD l.e.d bullet upgrade in my '11 FLHX for 7 years now and the new ProBeam l.e.d are way brighter! Awesome job Custom Dynamics, now for a set of Dynamic ringz for the front of both bikes.
Everytime I call a person speaks with me without a long wait on hold. Everyone that I have spoken with are very knowledgeable & nice. I love the new ProBeam taillight it looks great on my bike.
Great product and easy install on my 2018 Heritage Classic. Love the different light configurations that can be applied. Would recommend this item to anyone looking to add more brake lighting to your bike.
I had a pair of the filler lights on a 2014 Ultra Limited. My chrome came entirely off on side. I contacted Alex at Custom Dynamic's about the issue. I sent a picture in for them to view. Within a half hour Alex had already submitted my claim. 15 minutes after that I was notified from Jamie they were going to replace them free of charge even though they were 3 years old and out of warranty.
