From the initial contact requesting information through the purchase Custom Dynamics has been very professional and helpful. When I did order the triple play module for my wife's Heritage it was a brand new product. Custom Dynamics discovered an issue with the module and had a replacement on the way before I even received the original order. They kept me informed via email of every step they were taking to make sure I received a quality product that would work as stated. The customer service is top shelf.
Pricing is a little bit high but I'm thinking because the quality is good. It does come with a lifetime warranty for the LEDs, so that's good. So far I have only had the tail light on for about 2 weeks but it looks great so far. Only small issue I found is that it has somewhat of a " hotspot " where one spot looks brighter than the rest of the strip as you look at it from different angles. Hard to explain, but it's a bit annoying. Other than than that, looks and works great.

Unfortunately, this is the nature of LEDs - diodes are very directional and can sometimes appear brighter/dimmer depending on your view point. Great customer service, answered every question I had ( I had a lot). Products came in a timely fashion. (would have been sooner, but Canadian Customs is a joke). I ordered LED front and rear signals, work great and are super bright. Will definitely be buying more products in the future, and recommending to others.
