I had your triple play module melt down after two years. Everything on my bike is Custom Dynamic. I contacted your people. It took e mails and phone calls but finally your help line decided to send me a replacement module. The question I asked but did not get an answer to is this a common failure? I have this mounted to my fuse box behind the side cover. Had it continued to melt my fuse box may have been damaged. Common or not?

Great experience very helpful when placing the order!! Claire was great to work with and very honest didn’t try to sale more products then which was needed.. Had a few questions after the install and she was again very helpful and offered to call to fix and issues and to assist with the install!! Great products works great!!
