Sent the wrong lift kit for my truck after speaking with a rep to make sure the lift kit would work with my specific vehicle and had to end up modifying the exhaust system to make it work. Purchased rim and tires as well and those were great. I specifically called customer service in hopes to eliminate any potential issues like this but didnât seem to work.Â

I ordered wheels and tires. Overall a good experience with Custom Offsets. Turn around between order and delivery was quick. I did ding a star for the centering rings. I received 2 different brands of centering rings so I assume one came with the wheels themselves and the other from the page just before checkout saying that centering rings are required. Iâm not sure if they are included with all wheels but if they are included there shouldnât be any reason they should be almost forcing you to buy something thatâs already pro... read more

Best experience! I purchased a new set of tires online after business hours. They turned out to be out-of-stock. I wasnât too surprised because they were out-of-stock absolutely everywhere in stores and online. I had an actual person from the warehouse call me the following morning to explain the situation and help me pick out another set of tires.
