Update: Joni has tried to contact Kobe and voice mail full and she also has contacted Macie who told her she would get message to him (this is 2 weeks ago). I tried to contact customer service via website last week and was told we would get a call back by ”Jane” we have not heard anything. That was last week. The date of install start per contract was 12/25/21 and finish by 2/1/22. It is now 1/22/22 (10 days from final install date) and nothing.
