About 2 weeks ago Kobe and Macie came to our house to give us a quote on our roof. We shared with them how the roof started leaking and we really needed to have it fixed pronto. Our house is full of young children and super chaotic. We were not having a good day, and many of our kiddos turned into little monsters. It was horrifying as well as embarrassing. Update: Joni has tried to contact Kobe and voice mail full and she also has contacted Macie who told her she would get message to him (this is 2 weeks ago). I tried to contact customer service via website last week and was told we would get a call back by ”Jane” we have not heard anything. That was last week. The date of install start per contract was 12/25/21 and finish by 2/1/22. It is now 1/22/22 (10 days from final install date) and nothing. I am getting a little upset that she has put a down payment on a company that ... read more
