Yesterday we had Alyssa B come and quote our tub replacement. She was so wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and took us step by step through manufacturing and installing. She showed us multiple option for upgrades without any pressure on us to use them just for the up sale. She quoted a walking tub and a replacement tub. We could be more happy. Spokane office sent Mariah from Yakima office to Chelan to give us an estimate for window replacement. She knew her stuff! She tried exceptionally hard to find a solution for our odd windows. We might do it. Got to mull it over.

Met with Kylie today and she was so easy to understand! From someone who has no idea about roofs she made it easy and helpful to understand what was actually going on with my roof. I will definitely be using Dabella when it comes to fixing it. I’m glad I got someone who understood my questions, concerns, and happily helped me.
