Absolutely TERRIBLE sales team. I told the initial contact (who came to my home and stated people would be in my area) I was not going to be available at all the next day, and asked him to make a note, but made an appointment for the following day. The next day I had one million confirmation calls and texts. The last question I answered the evening prior to the initial appointment was (paraphrasing) what would make you miss this appointment. Well, apparently, DaBella found a way to delete my review from a couple of months ago. If 0 or less was an option, they would surely deserve it. This company promises all kinds of things to get you to sign on with them for home improvement projects then does not follow through. Our 1-day shower install took almost 3 weeks. This was not due to the local contractor. Totally on DaBella because they did not send the right materials and devices as promised. Horrible horrible company. I would not use them if they were the only company in AZ. I literally had to call the police to get them out of my house after 1.5 hours!

If it was possible to give a ZERO star review, DaBella would be the first company in my 60+ years as a homeowner where I would give such a review. Four distinct appointments related to roof repair or replacement were scheduled. All four were skipped with no contact or cancellation notice received from the DaBella agent. DO NOT WASTE your time with this (non)service provider.

I told them REPEATEDLY that I wanted an estimate and that I DID NOT want a dog and pony show. Nope, right into the show they go. I stopped them three times, telling them they could give me the estimate, or they could leave. Nope again, right back into the dog and pony show, so I had them leave. They have lost any kind of sale of anything to me and, should they walk up my driveway again, I WILL be calling 911. I would give them a ZERO or a NEGATIVE rating if I could. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is a no go. I needed an estimate but couldn't be at the house for the appointment, my brother was there. They insisted I need to be there to sign the contract but I told them I wasn't signing anything. I usually get 3 to 5 estimates and then I compare and decide. It was too hard for the person to understand that concept. I always get estimates by email or paper right away from companies. The employee told me that that's not how they work, and I told them that they were not for me then.

This company doesn't pay their employees correctly. They short you hours you work and then tell you to go through the proper channels, and when you do that, they still don't pay you. But when you get upset they say they will fix it but only if you come today. I would not recommend to use a shady company that doesn't even pay their employees for the hours worked. I would recommend a company that has integrity and fairly compensates their employees. Please use another company that values thier employees.
