After talking to Scott and Octavio for about 3 hours, we came to an Agreement about getting 9 windows installed and are more than happy to get them installed. they are both great and recommend working with!

Made an appointment for a roof inspection and they never showed. When I called after they were 45 minutes late they said they cancelled the appointment since we didn't answer a call at 8am which we never received. They just lost a huge sale!!
They kept saying they would fight for my business but it was more akin to assault. After telling the guy I just wanted an estimate, saying I wasn't going to sign anything today I got three numbers for three different types of roofing replacements. But they weren't done there, they'll place a call and magically a couple thousand come off; and then they placed another call and ANOTHER couple of thousand came off. A random salesman for DaBella knocked on my door and asked if I wanted someone to come out and give a free quote for new windows in my house. I said "sure" and made an appointment for today, which I was told would be 60-90 minutes. As soon as the salesman arrived at my house very eager to sell me windows, I told them I will not be signing anything or buying anything today as I can't afford it.
