Although it interupted my work day, Michael, Robert, and I were able to reach an amicable agreement on getting some new windows for my home. Friendly folks and a professional presentation.

I had them come and inspect our roof and windows to get an idea of what needed to be done to our home when we are able to do. I was told that there would be no pressure to purchase anything at all. That was a joke. They spent about 30-45 looking at the roof and windows. And the rest of the time trying to sell me products and telling me not to look up the company online or get other opinions. The cute young canvasser charmed me into an appointment for an inspection and stupidly I agreed. Promptly they showed up at my home and the high pitch sales tactic started. Near 5 hours later the "closer" digs in with a "I need a 49,000. roof "and new windows. Not at all why I had them come to my place. When I had enough of this they were reluctant to leave but did and in the process threatened to report my home as uninhabitable. PLEASE BEWARE.

I don't like the 4 hour hard sell to sign a contract with numerous hard sell incentives. Just like a car salesman or encyclopedia sales person. Even after saying NO‼, I'm still getting calls on recorded lines to complete the contract by phone. After blocking one phone number, they've called on a Sunday morning with another number! Anyone giving a hard sell always makes me SUSPICIOUS. Sorry..... Been there, done that. This Senior has learned.

Stay away! They call over and over again and they use sham callers who change their numbers to keep calling! They are a complete scam! Awful, shameful company! Just look at all the bad reviews! Stay away! They go door to door uninvited to get leads saying their company will be in your area. When you tell them no! They keep talking trying to get in!
