Sales guy sounded like a used car salesman. When he asked "what could he do to sell me a roof today",we were done. Don't contract with a door to door salesman.

I waited 4 months for my windows to get here. Once they arrived, 4 were the wrong size. No big deal, mistakes happen. I wait until November for the replacements, 2 of the 4 were wrong. Again. I called to talk with them about it since this is costing me money by not having renters in while I wait for windows. They tell me that the contract I signed said that work wasnt estimated to start until November 18. But wait. The estimate they gave me was based on them running my credit, which expires 4 days before their estimated star... read more

Their aggressive sales tactics are very off-putting. Starting with the door-to-door first point of contact, at every step they push you to commit to a decision there on the spot. They were here for 2 hours, late into my evening as the appointment started at 5 pm. They spent the majority of the time explaining that they're a locally owned business, showing all their accreditations, photos of my roof's condition, and their "unique system." I contracted to have $30000 of windows replaced. It took more than 5 months for the install and never a phone call to update me of the delays. They are the worse for customer service. My Windows have been installed and now my complaint is that instead they of a privacy window in my bathroom its a clear window. A privacy window was taken out and should have been replaced. My husband and I were excited to have a new bathtub and surround installed. We didn't have great communication from the sales person or installer. We waited quite awhile to have the install which could only be on a weekday, although we asked for a Saturday. In addition, we had set up a tentative date on a Saturday and then when the time came to install, the sub contractor said he doesn't work on Saturdays! Very unprofessional and overpriced. I don't even want to give them one star. Absolutely should not be in business. Received 4 quotes on roofers. DaBella was over 20K from the highest of all the quotes I received. The reps were at my son's house from 2pm to 5:45 trying to get them to buy a roof for around ****sq ft for over $40K and then reduced it to around $37K. I was the one paying the bill so of course they had to talk to me. The female rep asked me "what was i willing to pay for a roof". That alone totally took me over t... read more

If we could give no stars, we would. This "company" should not even be in business.The salesman came out, took SEVERAL hours of our time and told us what all Da bella would do for the $22000,00. we are spending on windows, facia wrap and gutters for our small rental house we are remodeling.After several months waiting and VERY VERY VERY poor communication, the excuses were unreal and finally people show up unannounced as if we have nothing better to do but set around waiting. The salesman who came was awful. I told him when he arrived that I was getting quotes and would not make a decision that day. He did an inspection, said he took pictures, but after the entire experience I wonder if the photos on his phone were really of my house. He talked about the technical aspects for at least ************************************************ a price estimate. He finally gave me 3 prices, then tried to sell me on a 50 year roof(!)
